Mention Users

Mentioning users in the workplace is a useful feature to enhance collaboration. By using the "@" symbol, a list of available users can be displayed, and their names or IDs can be mentioned by separating them with spaces to avoid any misidentification. This can greatly improve communication and coordination among team members.

To confirm, please ensure that your name in the "Users" section matches the name on your Account page along with your ID. If not, a straightforward solution would be to exit the workplace and rejoin. Once all the details in the "Users" list are aligned with your account, it should work properly.

Note: You will be notified of every chat in the general inbox and any mention of you, except for comment chats, to prevent spamming. You will not receive additional notifications to your email inbox while you are online; email notifications will only be sent when you are offline.
