Calendar

A calendar is a system of organizing days, weeks, months, and years. It is a way to keep track of time and to plan for the future. Calendars are used for a variety of purposes, including personal, business, and religious purposes.

At Fruitask, you have two ways that you can integrate a calendar on your workspace:

1. You can use task calendar as an app integration;

2. Setup calendar using data types.

Click "Apps" in the upper left part of the home page.

Click "Import" to create a workspace for your calendar.

Here is the actual looks of the calendar on its default view, and you can also change the view by clicking the "Calendar" on the left part of the page.

Click any column and make a changes to the available data types, just click the "Calendar" if you want to create on that column.

In Fruitask, the Calendar using Input Date feature can be utilized in various ways, such as:

Task Due Dates: Assign specific due dates to tasks using the calendar input. This allows users to establish deadlines and prioritize their work accordingly. The calendar provides a clear overview of task timelines and helps in identifying potential bottlenecks or overlapping deadlines.

Task Start Dates: Specify start dates for tasks, indicating when they should begin. This allows for better project scheduling and resource allocation. Team members can plan their work based on the task start dates, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the project.

Milestone Dates: Mark important milestones or key events using the calendar. This helps in tracking major achievements, project phases, or critical deadlines. Team members can visualize and plan around these milestones, ensuring timely completion of significant project stages.

Project Deadlines: Set overall project deadlines using the calendar. This provides a high-level view of the project timeline and assists in monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of the entire project.

By incorporating the Calendar/Time using Input Date/Time feature into Fruitask, you empower users to effectively manage task schedules, track deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.
