In Fruitask, the Dropdown List feature can be utilized in various ways, such as:

1. Task Categories: Create a dropdown list with different categories for tasks, such as "Design," "Development," "Marketing," etc. Users can select a category from the list when assigning or categorizing tasks. Additionally, assign colors to each category option, making it visually distinct and aiding in task identification.

2. Priority Levels: Set up a dropdown list with priority levels for tasks, including options like "High," "Medium," and "Low." Users can select the appropriate priority level from the list when assigning or reviewing tasks. Assigning colors, such as red for high priority, yellow for medium, and green for low, provides a visual representation of task urgency.

3. Status Updates: Create a dropdown list with status options, such as "Not Started," "In Progress," and "Completed." Users can update the status of tasks by selecting the relevant option from the list. Assigning colors, such as red for "Not Started," orange for "In Progress," and green for "Completed," allows for quick visual assessment of task progress.

4. Customized Labels: Customize a dropdown list to allow users to create their own labels or tags for tasks. Users can add new labels to the list as per their project requirements. Assigning colors to these labels provides visual differentiation and aids in organizing and filtering tasks based on custom criteria.

5. Multiple Selections: Utilize a multiple-selection dropdown list to allow users to select multiple options simultaneously. This can be useful when assigning tasks to multiple team members, assigning multiple categories, or adding multiple tags to tasks. Each selected option can have its color association.
